Best Legal Bids is a free tool which matches your legal needs with Legal Professionals who handle the types of matters your need completed.  The process is fairly simple and can best be described through the following six (6) steps.

1. You answer several questions and enter information about your legal matter, your location, and yourself. 
2. Our system analyzes the information you entered against information provided by Legal Professionals (the types of legal matters they handle, their background, and their location) to find Legal Professionals qualified to handle your matter.
3. An e-mail notice is sent to those qualified Legal Professionals.
4. The qualified Legal Professionals then review generic information about your matter to determine if they can assist you. 
5. Once they determine they can assist you they obtain additional information about your case so that they can contact and market to you directly.  We allow up to four (4) qualified Legal Professionals to compete for your business.
6. You weigh and compare the background, experience, rates, and qualifications of up to four (4) Legal Professionals and, hopefully, select one to assist you.

This is a free service for consumers! 

            After our system has identified qualified Legal Professionals and they have reviewed the generic case information they purchase your case information for a fee to enable them to market their services directly to you.  This allows you the possibility of receiving and weighing multiple bids for your business while allowing the Legal Professionals to focus their efforts and marketing dollars on those in need of a service they can provide at a time when it is needed.

 
You should start receiving bids in 2-5 days!

            Provided we have Legal Professionals in our system able to handle your matter we estimate it may take 2-5 days after you submit your information.  If we do not have Legal Professionals in our system that can handle your matter we take active steps to identify, contact and add them.  However, we can not guarantee that we will have or find a Legal Professional for all matters.  If you have not been contacted within five (5) days you should review your matter information to determine if it could be described more accurately. 

When you receive correspondence please respond.

            You will most likely be contacted by Legal Professionals within five (5) days.  It is important to let them know you have received their information even if you have selected another legal professional or no longer need legal services. 

Here are things to consider when selecting your lawyer or legal professional.

            You want an attorney or legal professional with experience handling matters similar to yours.  Ask them to provide and then review their background and other information.  Ask the attorney how many similar cases he/she has handled and the results.  Ask them in what jurisdictions they are admitted and if they are in good standing in those jurisdictions.  Ultimately, you should feel comfortable that the legal professional you hire is competent, capable, honest, and trustworthy.  Assuming those elements are present then you should factor in price or rates.

We verify that lawyers on our system are in good standing where they are admitted to practice law before becoming an active member of our directory. In the case when we have other professionals that are not registered attorneys, we request sample work and references as part of the verification process. Additionally, we encourage users seeking a service provider to confirm these findings before engaging a professional from our site by requesting references and/or letters from other clients as well as work examples for you to review.
